His twitter thread can be found pretty easily but I don't want to link to the hellsite.
He knows his position is a rough one, and his strategy appears to be just outright lying. I can't imagine he's too stupid to check his work, so lying is what I'm going with.
Let's take a look at the fatal moment in his thread.
Compare his statement here to the actual law he cites.
Nowhere does it say the president determines what counts as personal records.
And the entire thread is based on that lie.
The indictment against Donald Trump is one of the most airtight cases I think I've ever seen. The man is on tape saying he knows he's doing the crime they're charging him with!

This is actually the worst possible outcome for her.
She wanted full dismissal and to ride the crybaby gravy train for a while.
She is now going to have to present evidence as to the chain of custody being intentionally broken and the printer issues being intentional.
She has evidence for neither and now must either withdraw her case or her lawyer is facing rule 11.
