I'm mainly a front-to-backend JavaScripter but I'm looking into Rust and Go right now as a learing oppotunity.

I'm also a fellow camper and moderator @freecodecamp.

@zstg @BrodieOnLinux I used Zen for a month on Arch and.... It was really bad.

It had a memory leak that caused it to use 90โ„… of my RAM when I was watching YT videos. As such, I had to move away from it. Back to FF again. But I do think Zen is the future if they can squash all the bug. It looks really promising and it's fun to use.

@paco @BrodieOnLinux He was an edgy, young and dumb Youtuber back in the day. We all did stupid stuff in the past and so did he. But he apologized and he has grown a lot over the years.

Just because somebody did something bad in the past does not mean he will be the same person forever. People can change.

@TintedKiwi @itsfoss Btw, what resource did you follow to setup BTRFS with proper snapshots?

I'm not satisfied with my current BTRFS setup. It doesn't provide me with a usable backup of the /boot partition.

@TintedKiwi @itsfoss I know I should document my setup too.

But I never get around to it. ๐Ÿ˜…

@TintedKiwi @itsfoss Archinstall never worked for me.

That's why I lost hope and now a days just do the installation manually as I've gotten used to it.

@verge The search experience in Windows was already pretty bad to begin with... now it's going to be even worse. Imagine some hallucinated search results.
My response to UK CMA's potential remedies for mobile browser competition - Alistair Shepherd

My submission to a the potential remedies proposed by the UK Competition and Market's Authority consultation on Mobile Browser Competition

Alistair Shepherd

In a great post by Bruce Lawson, he goes into detail about why you should write to the UK regulator about Web Apps.

Without these remedies web apps might not be viable for years to come. The web needs your help by next Thursday (29th August)
