Thor, the Norseman has moved!The Swedish police apparently managed to shoot a man with Down's syndrome because they were hunting for a violent criminal listed in the Storm computer system, used to delegate tasks to the police districts in Sweden. The man in question was already in custody, but that piece of information was stored in a *different* system.
This kind of stupid shit happens all the time. All these computer systems, and none of them are talking to each other, and sometimes, lives are lost because of it.
