Oh, and “tell me about a time” interview questions basically screen out people with ADHD.
Like I couldn’t tell you what I had for breakfast yesterday, let alone remember a bad thing that I probably blanked out after it was over.
I think sometimes it gets missed how much a streak of bad roles can fuck your career progression.
Like, I have an interview Friday and I’m lying here straight up pissed that things I understood intrinsically three years ago now require me to wrack my brain to remember. Does a container with a process as PID 1 that’s unable to perform init functions go defunct when it exits, or is it only for processes it forks?
I know it’s the latter but I’m mad I even had to think about it.
