#productdesign leaders: Do you find your team is quick to jump to solutions without understanding the why? Or conversely, do they get stuck in analysis paralysis and resist transitioning to delivery? I'd love to hear from you if a framework like this might help the team know when they're on the right track.

At Lab Zero, we often had to navigate the need for speed and the need to ensure solutions are valuable and viable. To set our teams and clients up for success, we've been experimenting with a framework to determine when we need to bring back more discovery and validation and when we can press forward (with guardrails in place.)

A small sketch diary of this sweet little cardinal family. The babies fledged a few days ago, but I still occasionally hear them calling to their parents from the bushes just beyond my back fence. I miss having them around! Good luck little bebes.
