#dogsofmastodon Smudge who has been diagnosed with Spinal Canal Stenosis has now developed Cushings Disease as a result of steroids!! The treatment of one has led to another and it will take 3-6 months for the steroids to work out of his system by which time his pain may have become too severe - his QOL comes tops always. Finally got him groomed after 3.5 months - too much discomfort previously.
Before and after - we have a new dog!!

Poor Smudge - had to have enlarged warts removed from neck and foot - thankfully not malignant - very sorry for himself and no walks for 2 weeks #dogsofmastodon
