Huh. Xcode-beta 4 shows Xcode-beta 3 in Settings > Platforms. How to fix? #xcode Please help :D

I believe I managed to wipe it somehow? It just took hours for the command to actually do anything. All the secret folders in iCloud Drive are still there, like app data. What's with the “Not Downloaded" status? AHHHHHHHHHH.

Please help. How do I completely wipe iCloud Drive? It’s messed up profusely and an escalated support case with Apple has led to nothing after two months.
