Question for the Whovians. Susan, the Doctor's Grand-daughter was marooned on Earth in "The Dalek Invasion of Earth" in 1964. She had no Tardis, I assume she had regenerations left, so why would the Doctor have been thought the lone survivor after the Time war?

Hello everyone. Sorry I haven't posted for a few days. I've just returned home after a 4 day hospital stay. I had to get some bleeding ulcer issues dealt with and also diagnosed with sleep apnea. I'm on the mend and doing better. I'll be uploading some new music soon! I've missed you guys!
