someone designed filesystem permissions model to have four lists: allowread, allowwrite, denyread, denywrite.
I guess deny has preference? I don't even want to think about supporting global, project, folder level configurations.
my mind goes more towards [path -> permissions] first match (folder, project, global) wins model -- denied by default.
I'm fairly convinced my model is better and also that it can not be translated into those four lists.
(I think that deny* is also just soft deny)
