Programmer, I really like Haxe and Rust but get stuck doing a lot of stuff in C++. I work on the @grig audio libs in Haxe.

My friend did a great job doing a new portrait for my streaming character! I earlier cropped the same image used by the pngtuber but that wasn't really suitable for being a pfp. And I like having different artistic interpretations of the same character. For now, I'm going to use Twitch when I resume streaming my open source development but I'll look into other options as well. I'm also playing around with voice effects to sound more cartoony to go with the pngtuber.
Learned how to use this LLM-based no code tool. I'm also working on no-code ways of using the DSL I've been working on.
After a 3 year hiatus I'm back on trying to finish getting this project working. My main frustrations are with openfl's windowing abilities (or lack thereof) getting in the way of Winamp's weird way of doing things - always on top mode, no native title bar, etc. But the other stuff is pretty easy, just blitting pixels and changing which pixels are shown in response to what some tcp server is saying.

When this is done, you'll be able to remote control MusicPD or other remote-controllable audio players with a classic Winamp-style interface. It's mostly just for fun, hence it being the absolute lowest priority of everything I'm working on.
