Staff at the University of Bristol are set to strike on 16 June during an open day in an acrimonious pay dispute.

The university has responded to the current marking & assessment boycott by bypassing degree accreditation processes. It will also dock 50% of pay from participating staff. Hundreds of staff and students have signed a letter condemning management's attempts to degrade the credibility of the university's degrees.
