I read the first… 11?… books of the #WheelOfTime series a long time ago, but never got around to finishing it when later books were released. Seeing chatter on here about the trailer for season 2 of the show, I binged season 1 over the weekend and now am re-reading #EyeOfTheWorld. Definitely enjoying revisiting this world, perhaps I'll be able to experience the full story this time.

Recently read Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou (or Yokohama Shopping Trip), which has got to be the most peaceful post-apocalypse story I’ve ever seen.
An android runs a café in what has become a run-down and mostly abandoned part of Japan, visiting Yokohama from time to time for supplies.
I haven’t previously been very talkative on social media, but let’s see if we can change that some.

My dog is Boba, a Border Collie mix with a surprising stack of medical issues. He keeps me close to home in a way I hadn’t really expected.
