I saw an interesting criticism.

"You love to hate on cops, but without them, who would arrest all the pedophiles and fraudulent bankers"

What I would posit in return is that those pedophiles and bankers wouldn't have the power and ability to commit crimes on the scale that they do without the tireless work of the police department.

Think about it, what kind of people suffer the worst abuses? The kind of people cops shoot or deport. They are not here to help.
