Retro gaming and street photography are two of my interests. Stay at home dad enjoying life for what it's worth.
The future is decentralized and federated beyond a shadow of a doubt. It's not if Facebook and X collapse it's when they collapse. Along with how many will come to Mastodon.

I just realized my Mastodon experience hasn’t enshittified one bit in the 2+ years I’ve been here.

In fact, it’s only gotten better.

Good morning Fedi friends!

Tomorrow I'll travel to Bologna, Italy, to talk about the #fediverse at Bologna Tech Week: https://bolognatechweek.com

I'll be on a panel with @niccolove, moderated by @morloi.

I'm super grateful for this opportunity, as this year the conference will have a fediverse panel for the first time ever!!!

The attendees are mostly marketers and content creators, so it's an amazing feeling to put in a good word about the fediverse. I'll do my best 🤗

Playing Cyberpunk 2077 and the minute I saw the name EveLYN PARKER I knew not so nice things were going to happen too. It was how it alluded to Parker novels and how V treated her. It was pretty much the opening of your eyes as in the world of Point Blank (1967) and Payback (1999) that you knew how this was going to play out.
Recovering from another kidney stone blasting. The CKD and dRTA Type One has been a scary thing. But, has also provided me with answers throughout my life.
Not even out of place when I'm playing Resident Evil Remakes, Fallout 3, New Vegas, Fallout 4, and Final Fantasy titles.
My wife got her driver's license today!
Tech support cat meme just for laughs
Picked up a few classical albums not really , much of Bach, Chopin, and Beethoven. Fits really well with playing games like Resident Evil Remakes. Never figured that would be entertaining to me.
Hellpoint really brings me back to the unforgiving eighties. Which automatically opens up Nintendo Hard in my mind. Along with brief glimpses of a dystopian science fiction nightmare. For an indie title it's really well done and respectful of it being a Souls like at it's core.
