There's a lot of debate about whether we create our own reality or not. Some people believe that we do, and that we're in control of everything that happens to us. Others believe that we're not in control and that reality is determined by outside forces.
We choose the direction every second, we can be afraid, we can grow, we can feel love, we can perceive unity, where you go is in you, it’s in me, it’s in us.
To me, being yourself means a state of joy, happiness, love, abundance, health, being yourself is the time when I am closest to myself, it is the time when I feel unity and connection with everything.
