Everybody is talking about snowstorm in Germany. I'm don't see a snowstorm around here. We have like 2mm of snow and no storm. Maybe I live in the wrong place.
If you want to visit me, i will be at the Unix Friends and Users Group Furtwangen Assembly most of the time.
On my way to #39c3. Hopefully I will arrive at some point, the Swiss train we took had technical problems and they kicked everybody out. No Deutsche Bahn fault, just the Stadler Smile aka Giruno of the SBB having technical problems, again as we heard.
Things that grind my gears: people thinking that not doing/using open source, but instead go for a closed source software solution, saving implementation and setup time. Just throwing money at a problem does not solve them, often it makes them even worse than before.

WHY THE FUCK DOES EVERYBODY STILL USES BITNAMI IMAGES IN THEIR HELM CHART? I HAVE TO FIX SO MANY DEPLOYMENTS WHILE TRYING TO KEEP EVERYTHING UP TO DATE.
Nachdem ich aus dem Bus wieder ausgestiegen bin weil ich an meiner Endstation angekommen bin, fällt mir auf das der Bus nur bis hier fährt und man auf den Zug wechseln muss um weiter zu kommen. Sehr komisch das ganze. Jetzt mag man denken "kann doch beim SEV passieren das sie nur eine Teil der Strecke den Zu ersetzen". Im normal Fall auch definitiv ja. Jedoch ist das in den letzten Jahren selten vorgekommen. Noch interessanter ist: es ist der einzige SEV Bus in der ganzen Nacht. Alle Züge davor und danach Fahren ganz normal ohne SEV Bus.
