Homemade "funyuns" (deep fried batter made from cornmeal, flour, etc) with Bhaji style seasonings (cumin, turmeric, Cayenne, onion powder, salt)

Trying to avoid late night convenience store runs and these are pretty damn good

One of my favorite niche setups currently being utilized as my main machine at the moment:

Razer Blade Stealth (13")
i7-8550u, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD

Razer Core eGPU via Thunderbolt 3 w/ GTX 1070

MSI G271 27" 1080p

Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition Chroma v2

Glorious Model O mouse

Hyper-X Cloud II USB

Anker USB hub on a generic laptop stand

Creative T20 Speakers

The squad assembled in #Minecraft

Most of our little computer lab is reclaimed enterprise desktops and monitors, and the table is actually a damaged MDF cubicle partition I got for free from an installer.

Don't look at the cable management, tiny people mess with everything constantly.

something pleasing about system monitor graphs tbh

although i'm also the autistic kid who watched the windows defrag program go, so...

sometimes it's just not happening

Laptop of the day: Razer Blade Pro 17 (2014)
17" 1920*1080 TN
Intel i7-4700HQ
Nvidia GTX 860M 2gb (Maxwell)
16GB RAM (2x 8GB)
256GB mSATA SSD/500GB 7200RPM HDD
Ports: Power, LAN, HDMI, 3x USB 3.0, Combo mic/audio
Switchblade touchpad interface

One of my favorites. I had a slightly older model that died suddenly (motherboard failure) and scored this for a song on eBay. Had to repair the screen shell as the original epoxy died while travelling, but otherwise it's been a tank.

The offset trackpad does kinda lack in functionality due to the more or less abandoned API after Win8/8.1, but I dream of someday fudging more than the basic apps on there. The positioning is actually really nice once you're used to the paradigm shift.

current home setup

custom desk built from salvaged or excess materials, mostly 2x4 and MDF with a .25" subfloor top sheet

full cover mouse mat desk pad, monitor riser built from salvaged cable tray section and shelf
