@Danielhonigman OOH, that sounds YUMMY. I currently have a subscription to Craft Coffee - I give them my brewing method and they send me something freshly roasted once a month. Sometimes it's *great*, usually it's good. Only a couple have been "Oh God no that's awful", and then they sent me something else as a replacement.

@NattyGov I don't know if it's just US raisins, but they always seem gritty and oversweet. It seems an awful waste of grapes, IMHO. Especially when they could be wine, or jam, or in chicken salad.

I'm still not sure about this platform. It kind of feels like room parties at sf/f conventions - there are themes, and small conversations going on. If nothing catches your attention, you go on to the next one. Which is fine, unless you're like me and have that weird fear of Missing Something Important.

@geobabbler they're unwilling to do anything other than standard leases. The management company is not in town, and every time I ask about options for *anything* (even beneficial to them) I get shut down. They just own the property as a revenue stream.

@geobabbler boo. I keep trying to bargain 2-3 year lease for rent that stays the same and they look at me funny - then I remember they make more $ rotating tenants in and out vs stable tenancy.
