I feel the same way. I only run Linux. The stark difference between Windows and Linux is very easy to see. I can't surrender my rights to an end user license agreement. This is MY computer, and I'm not giving up my privacy to their cloud platform running on my hardware. No thanks.

Where can I sign up for Invidious news? I run my own instance for my family, and so I would like to keep up to date with new developments such as the inv_sig_helper requirement. Unfortunately I didn't learn about this new requirement until I reviewed the new documentation. Thank you!

@invidious Thank you for the update. I refuse to use Youtube outside of Invidious, so I've been following this issue closely. When these types of Youtube blocks get put in place to try and stop privacy focused open source solutions the whole thing makes me want to join the Invidious development.
