Wow. Having an "edit" option is super nice :)
I'd like to thank my dad on this #VeteransDay because he's about to win one over on all you dummies offering a free buffet today. He's been up since 4 mapping shit out.

Inside the Twitter meltdown

Elon is speaking. VPs are resigning. Is bankruptcy next?

That fanbase grew to tens of thousands during the hey day and was promptly monetized - some for the better, some for the worse.

It will be hard to follow a #Royals or #Chiefs game without some sort of running feed so I'm hopeful this will happen soon here.

The thing I remember most about the early days of Twitter was the interactions with the people. And that's really the only reason I'm still there. The people were what made that a #communitynotcontent.

One night during a Royals game I searched #Royals in my feed and was instantly transported to dozens or possibly hundreds of passionate fans who were just as pissed, happy, and sad at every pitch and play.

Maybe that will happen here. Maybe it won't. Sad that it will never again happen there.

Feeling old today as I remember a distant time when Elon’s primary problem with Twitter was bots and his primary mission was to “authenticate all humans.” And an even more distant time when a game show host won the presidency primarily based on anger over his opponent’s email security practices. We need a word for gaining control premised on solving a problem that you will make far, far worse.
And to think that as bad as Twitter and Facebook have gotten, I'm STILL not about to log back into my LinkedIN.
@Michaelengel Is there going to be a Friggin' Engel account?
