I just downloaded 3.1.4 to play around with it, and the vector capabilities look very robust at quick glance. One small issue I noticed was when creating a dotted stroke around a shape, the dots get wonky at corners or tight spaces. Really love that this will finally be a thing. Let me know if it would ever be helpful to get on a live call or anything and test things out in real time / gauge feedback!

@GIMP just chiming in to share my support for this idea! A name change is a powerful way to let people know that you are taking a new approach to things. I can see a lot of people talking about this maybe for something like a 4.0 release (I know, we just got 3.0, but I'm thinking several years out).
