Taking people's advice and moving my account to a different Mastodon instance (https://mastodon.gamedev.place) - but it looks like the account migration service is not currently working 😅

ohhh, for other people who've just arrived: you can disable "advanced interface" in the settings, and you get a much more normal looking timeline now (thanks @[email protected])
Four years ago people recommended pinafore, but that's since been shut down!
