Umm... Blackout tint on vehicle side windows make that impossible sometimes, actually. It's illegal but in the current utter absence of enforcement it's all good. Like license plate covers. Or hitches left in with no trailer. Or illegal light bars. Or tires sticking outside the fenders. Or lacking mudflaps to at least the axle line. Or illegally loud exhaust.
