@snugug our local Chinese place that had great Sichuan dishes has recently changed hands and seems not as good😟. Maybe I just need to find the good dishes under the new owners, but I am also on the look out for a new Chinese place.
@snugug definitely there are great options in Canada. I spent 2 years in Taiwan and 3 months in China, and look forward to Chinese food when I visit in-law's in Canada. Not sure where you are but have been to great places in Hamilton, Waterloo – Kitchener, and Toronto.
