Reminder that Bisan called for a general strike for Palestine starting tomorrow the 21st through the 28th. The strike specifically allows for flexibility to do as much as you are able to from a list of calls to action. Some of the most important action items are refusing to participate in the economy (no buying things, ESPECIALLY luxury items) and organized labor strikes in school and the work place if at all possible. Center your conversations around Palestine this week (and forever)

We are in a surge where COVID levels are higher than they have been for over 90% of the pandemic. One of the reasons that the authorities aren't properly warning you about it is that, inconveniently, the largest COVID surges happen during the biggest shopping season of each year.
Just wanted to share a small win, I’ve weaned off of my anxiety meds (with doctor approval) so for the first time in over a year I can drink again. Not a huge milestone, but it feels nice to have a glass of wine again for the holidays
Well, there’s some benefits to going out I guess, as long as I can drag myself kicking and screaming to do it🤷♂️
