capitalism is a sick and disgusting thing that we do to each other. food goes guarded; they will just let you starve. empty homes go guarded; they will just let you freeze. medicine goes guarded; they will just let you die.

it doesn't have to be this way. we don't have to do this to each other. i can't understand why we do.

Looking at electronics supply chains, particularly those for smartphones, makes me think of this quote:
