I finally picked a RAM chip for the Gutenbook: MT41K512M16VRP

It's 8Gbit (aka 1GB) only, and it's limited to x16 data pins, which means slower

But it's 1 chip to route, instead of 4. Probably shouldn't aim too high when trying to design my first linux board
