We celebrate the longest night of the year with a Parade and Big Fire in Kensington Market tonight starting at 6pm.

I'm a techie, photographer and cyclist in Toronto. My first computer had a tape drive, you'd think I'd get it by now. I keep sane by taking my camera out into the world and finding interesting compositions.
@deborahh she's a Sphynx but the Devon Rex genes are prominent. It's good though because she hates wearing sweaters so at least she has a fine coat of fur.

I'm currently a bit baffled and annoyed that some of my pictures from yesterday in tricky light situations turned out "better" from my phone's camera zoomed way in than my full-frame mirrorless camera with a big honkin' lens.
Computational photography has come a long way in recent years.
