I've joined the team at https://cultivarium.org as a senior scientist in computational biology. Cultivarium is a new non-profit research organization funded by Schmidt Futures. We will be creating open source tools and open data in microbiology

Cultivarium is academia-adjacent, goal is for it to be a place where we share radically open science, data, and tools for next several years
