My Motivation
I live by the fact that I seriously could not care less what people do to stop me from being myself, even if this does mean having to be myself in secret. I don't care whatsoever about being kicked from my parents' lives for being trans, because I am not going to look for love where there's none, I instead look to those who appreciate me for who I am, not for who they want me to be. And I'm a girl, and will always be a girl.

I agree with this so much.

My parents don't even let me use Discord, so I can't even go on the platform at any given time, let alone going on my PC. Discord time is not easy to come by for me.

Discord isn't a given. There are people who either live in crazy familes restricting their children (anyone below the age of 18 in this context) from socializing with the world and want to make them live in a carefully maneuvered world by the likings of the parents

...or someone just, doesn't want to use Discord on their own volition.

STOP THAT.

Discord is a closed, proprietary platform. Post your stuff on the actual open web where more people will see it.

it always irks me a bit when people say that some ui is the best ui, or that some things will never be used a lot because the ui doesn't fit their subjective tastes

everyone has their own tastes in what they want their ui to be like, and they're all valid

it would be better to have common standards and a culture of software freedom so everyone can have the interfaces that fit best with them

all software should be free so we can all make it work the way we want it to, no developers or corporations should be able to take that away from us

My R4 flashcard is quirky
If you don't know it's basically a thing that houses custom firware and games for the 3DS and DS.
I got a timebomb warning today and uhm, I looked it up and... only clones have timebombs (as far as I'm understanding)
My R4 seems to be a clone 😭 but YSmenu and a modified R4.dat so it boots into YSmenu before the timebomb warninf actually fixes the card :3
