Oh this breakfast was so good - eggs on guac and sweetcorn fritters with amazing chilli sauce. Cooked by the lovely people at 'Poached' in Beckenham UK. They really do know their eggs 😋

If I look back on last week, I remember train delays at cold stations, worries about getting home & being completely, and endlessly, frozen to the bone. Luckily, I take lots of photos in everyday life, and my phone has less negativity bias. #photography

I dropped my iPhone in my lentil soup. Messy. I then knocked a whole bowl of soup on the floor while re-arranging the table for a thumbnail. Double messy. My prediction is that my 2023 will be characterised by frequent discoveries of orange soupy blotches on walls and ceilings. Don't be fooled by thumbnails - THIS is a home cook's #youtube life.
