Yeah I am salty, but seriously, it seems to me that most gyms I’ve been to (ouside of one workplace gym that was managed by employees) are filled with hyper-specialized equipment first, and the basics get added as an afterthought. Meanwhile I could buy a power rack like pic rel, add a barbell, some weights, and a bench, and it would already cover all of my lifting needs.

Honestly I could even fit it in my basement, but don’t really have the money right now said subtype after buying a steam deck.
