@nikki I saw this picture of a book on Facebook and I thought of you for some reason.

It's been a year since I attempted suicide after losing my job. While I'm glad to be still here, I'm still unhappy and worn out, but for different reasons than last year, I just can't get happy or find any joy in life at all. Even a trip to Leeds last month didn't help, I just ended up in a weepy mess on the train coming back. 😢 Plus, I'm making mistakes at work, not big mistakes but small, silly ones that shouldn't have happened in the first place
