sister/brother; sibling/sibster
daughter/son; child, kid, fucking fetus literally anything idc
gf/bf; IM...WORKING ON IT...IDK YET BUT 'PARTNER' WORKS
ms/mr; mx
theres also words like captain, sargeant, chief etc that work in place of sir/ma'am
