I’m finally ready to accept usb-c is worthwhile. I’ve been able to buy a hub that is capable of charging 2 laptops, an iPad and a phone, all at the same time from a single wall socket. It makes the floor around my desk a lot less hazardous!

Having never done Pilates before I did a one hour power Pilates class this evening. I’m obviously not able to say what the difference is to regular Pilates but it’s what I’d imagine you’d get if you crossed Pilates with circuit training. I think I’m going to feel it in the morning 😂

Today was a full day at the #yoga studio learning about emotional resilience. If you’re thinking that sounds a bit soft then yeah a few years ago I’d have said the same. I realised the approach of just getting through each day wasn’t doing a lot for me and there must be a better way. The best thing is I already have the tools I need, remembering to use them when all is going haywire is the next step

It’s interesting when companies are so keen to get your rating of them they send the email before they’ve dispatched the order… the only thing they’ve done successfully so far is take money from my credit card 🤷‍♂️

Have to say the #Olympics2024 #marathon in Paris on a tough course without pacemakers was much more interesting than the standard city marathons. So much more jeopardy with the hills - well done to the organisers for having the balls to do this

Low crowds have been mentioned for the Silverstone #motogp - I’m no expert but having all the TV coverage behind a paywall, along with high ticket prices and crazy prices in the circuit (£3 cup of tea, burger £10 etc) surely all contribute to the sport struggling when the cost of living is high

Terrible #olympic coverage on #DiscoveryPlus - one of the favourites in the women’s MTB race punctures and just as she’s about to pit, they cut to another loooooong commercial break 👎
