I’m back in #England for the week. It feels less and less like home every time I return, but it’s interesting - I can see it more as an outsider and have a different perspective on my home country. There are beautiful elements that you don’t see when you’re too close - there are problems that you also don’t see until you compare them with those of other countries.
Total, I’m here ‘til Thursday and I’m really enjoying it so far.

We're about to see a lot of shit hit a lot of fans. And we are far from ready.
Business as usual is over. Politics as usual is over. We need to be putting our effort into building systems that can help us survive what greed and power and wilful blindness have wrought.

@chris It used to be that, in my barrio (very pro-independence), not even PP campaigned because it’s an ERC/CUP stronghold. This time, I saw posters of Abascal going up. I think people are mindful that they could have an impact and, hopefully, have turned out in big numbers to stop it from happening.
@chris I’ve been living in Barcelona since 2014 but it’s never felt as consequential as it does right now, even in the major pro-independence years of 2017-18. VOX is just a terrifying prospect.
@chris Doesn’t a lot depend on *which* areas are yet to declare? PSOE are much more likely to receive support in, e.g., Catalunya and Euskadi than in León
