I experimented with Leonardo AI image-generation to create an image of St. Benedict in front of a cave. Using brushes in Affinity Photos, I smoothed and lightened the image, particularly the background. A couple iPad apps offered tools I used to give the revised image the look of a painting.

A map I created of the Naia Resort in Belize. Using Affinity Designer, raster brushes were used for vegetation, fields and beach and ocean areas.
Sometimes hotel carpeting is all you got to work with. This carpet's interesting texture was shot on an iPhone and then post-processed in various apps to accentuate texture and color. Stars were added using the AlienSky app.
Backstory: the hotel was in St. Pete Beach, Florida, it was February, and a cold rain had rolled off the Gulf and pushed guests back into the hotel.
