Why do companies/nations go through the trouble of building these expensive dams on rivers?
Just build a raingutter in the river during summer and in the autumn it'll clog up within a week.

Adhesive never worked for me on any of them, which is why I almost never use them and why I still have so many on hand.
The only ones that worked for me were the flexible ones that are a nightmare to remove.
When I get a vaccine they slap a spot bandage on my arm and it only ends up floating attached to arm hair, not my arm. Luckily needles are so fine now that bleeding is almost none.
I agree. NFL has made sort of blanket rulings about this stuff at times. But really there just should be a person who can decide on a case-by-case basis.
It should go for defense too. We don't want ot encourage defenders to try to catch a hail mary when just batting it down is smarter.
