did you know that valve invented steam?

back in the day, it was a lucrative business! but due to the decline of steam engines, they've had to pivot into the video game market
My subtitles!

I can't hear without my subtitles!
Been having a lot of really sad thoughts today
the problem with girls is that sometimes they are out of the house and you can't hold them for the next few hours

fedi, i remember a while ago having stopped using #session due to the devs having ties to the far right (iirc, it's a whiiile ago), but now i'm unable to dig that up again.

does anyone happen to have a link on hand?

Looking to the future with a goal of presenting a more welcoming face to the world, the constitutional kingdom of Norway has decided to rebrand, and will from now on be known as the constitutional kingdom of Sure.
Any recommendations for professional voice therapy services online? Or is it only really workable IRL?

Not just for a femme voice but also because I struggle with a garbled and weak speaking voice that others often have a hard time parsing. (I don't know if that's an autism thing or what.)

Boosts very welcome!

(edit: changed "training" to "therapy")
In VRChat I can look as good as I want, but my shitty voice ruins it.

I don't know if it's an autism thing, but my voice is made for singing, not for talking. Voice training at home doesn't work because honestly I probably need help from a professional voice therapist just to have a normal speaking voice. And therapist time is very expensive.

I can't win.
Whenever I see pics of trans women on fedi or elsewhere, I think "wow, I wish I looked even half as good".
