the main thing stopping me from hosting my own mastodon instance.. not sure what domain to use. .social? .com? (I like having that one redirect to my site) .design?

feels a bit long to be [email protected] but probably what I'm leaning towards. i worry that user search would not work well if my username wasn't stammy and people first tried searching for that?

Everything about this product is geek bait. Like I know that it’s crazy to spend $100+ on a plastic crate for storing my gear, but my wallet just wants to come out of my pocket on its own the more I scroll. https://sidiocrate.com/
SIDIOCRATE

SIDIOCRATE Combines the Sidio Divider System with the versatility and toughness of a Milk Crate in one. Dividers protect items during movie and transit. Keep things neatly in place and organized in the SIDIOCRATE.

Product idea:

A $99 waterproof Remarkable-like eInk tablet with a suction cup made for your shower thoughts.

Doesn’t need to have any features beyond letting you draw/write on 1-2 pages and then send it to yourself.

Call it something like “Tile”

Found this fan in my stuff. I think @finkel (?) gave it to me when he left Twitter. Gotta be from 2010 or before.
