@mcp I understand what you are saying but I'm well aware of "Embrace, Extend, Extinguish".
I would also not like my data from here to be used by them.
Finally, this is a safe space, none of the Meta products (Facebook included) are safe spaces for quite a long while now ("Sorry your reports cannot be processed because there's a lot of reports"). I would not want my posts to be harassed again by terfs, nazis, racists, or xenophobes; I would not want them driving me out of my account (twice before).
I hope I made the right choice commenting out my issues with this, but I ultimately understand it's your choice.
