For the past three years, our foundation has been working intensively to develop the best possible regulation on amateur radio service permits together with the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) and the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
It has been a long process: consultations, meetings, analyses, and many substantive comments. A significant portion of our proposals has been reflected in the draft, although not all of them were adopted.

I’ll be honest, i have hard time trying to grasp how meshtastic is set up in my area, i mounted antenna to a broom and connected seeed xiao esp32-s3 to that, immediately got 40ish nodes around, but when i tried writing to public channel, it looks like i acked my own messages instead of anyone else, although i got a reply, i didnt see my messages on meshtastic-matrix relay that i see some traffic on. Again - something worked but I do not feel any smarter than before i started.
