It just occurred to me that local journalism has some similarities to the Mastodon universe: Lots of small hubs, mostly nonprofits, invested in their communities, producing content that might be relevant to other people in other areas. #Journalism #media

Vox Media no longer accepts ad dollars from fossil-fuel companies, or any companies that mine nonrenewable resources.
