IMHO, she is a better speaker, has better speaches, and carries alot more fire than her counterpart.

I keep wondering why we don't really call what MAGA and ultra-conservatives are advocating what it actually is:

Sure, the 60 vote requirement is useful but not enough: it doesn't solve the issue when the senate gets packed with one party.
We need a 3rd party of qualified individuals like the ABA to determine if a potential judge is a) Qualified , b) impartial c) has no ethical conflicts (like association to some partisan society). This is the very minimum.
Agreed @rbreich . We have to also realize that just building more homes won't solve the problem.
We have to prohibit private equity and corps from owing homes for the sole purpose of profits. Homes should be for families. period! The artificial rent inflation is another aspect to this.
The Harris administration has addressed the (private equity) issue,, but it needs to be strongly codified.
