@rbreich This assumes that their beliefs are based in facts and not emotion, and that they are open to factual arguments. Arguing with a person's beliefs based upon facts almost never works. Personal stories are far more effective.

@Skepti_Cat sorry, I see the second image includes the newer RTW states. How many states went RTW in the 2010s? Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, West Virginia, Kentucky, Michigan. Am i missing any here?

@Jeanvicwriter I have long suspected Alito made the leak to undercut Robert's effort to obtain a more narrow decision, or block a 5 vote majority. Once that paper was released, the votes were locked in for Alito.
