Every developer in the city of Montreal has paid cash or land into a fund rather than build affordable housing themselves after a recent bylaw passed.

I am seeing a rise in Demand-response transport (DRT) for #michigan as a go-to solution for #transit problems. I am not the biggest fan. Hopefully, it gets better when it's ironed out, but there is a noticeable lack of interest in public transit from officials.
