Started playing Z.A.T.O. | I love the world and everything in it.

A visual novel set in fictional city Vorkuta-5, based on the real mining city of Vorkut, north of the artic circle and situated on the Pechora Coal Basin.

So far, enticing and immersive as heck, especially due to the setting and rich dialogue. Last time I was this excited was mayyybe Undertale.

Leaving Whatsapp is still a struggle. Thinking of getting a secondary phone just for the proprietary apps that I still depend on to find opportunities and for volunteering/grassroots groups that are still there. But then, announce in social situations that I don't have whatsapp for personal contacts, and redirect just SMS or signal.

Anyone here who has left whatsapp and has any suggestions?

Sharing with the world that I observed a flock of these glorious creatures (Merops apiaster) the other day with my monocle. Not sure yet if I also saw an Alcedo atthis flying across me. It was a river area so I'm hopeful. Those blue striking wings are very unique.

Testing out my monocle and honestly the most longlasting memorable observation was the cianopica (Azure-winged magpie)!

Oh, and of course, the Eurasian griffon vulture!
