Why am I seeing a lot of blurred images on the Mastodon client here? Very frustrating.

@MuseumShuffle I have applied for an iOSDev.space account using StewartLynch as I want all my links to be the same. You can migrate followers from one instance to another so I should be OK,

OK. Now I get it. The images are just very slow to load.
I’m thinking of migrating my account here to another one because I want to use @ StewartLynch instead of this one as my handle (that is what I am everywhere else). At the same time, I am wondering of mastodon.social is the right instance for iOS devs. Any thought on the best instance or does it matter?
