Wir veranstalten am Mittwoch, den 27. November ein #Metadaten-BarCamp im hbz in Köln, als Ergänzung der Online-#swib24 um ein Vor-Ort-Treffen.

Eingeladen sind alle Metadaten-Praktiker:innen, die sich mehr Vernetzung mit Fachkolleg:innen wünschen, an persönlichem Austausch, Diskussionen und dem Voranbringen der Community interessiert sind.

Bericht vom ersten Metadaten-BarCamp Am 27. November hat das erste Metadaten-BarCamp stattgefunden im Gebäude des hbz in Köln. In der Ankündigung hieß es: Das BarCamp findet im Rahmen der SWIB24 statt und ergänzt die Online-Konferenz um ein überregionales, deutschsprachiges Format zum direkten persönlichen Austausch, zur Diskussion und Vernetzung. @digiSberlin Der #SKOS-Workshop zeigte, dass vielen #GLAM|s eigene, domänenspezifische und offene #Thesauri ein Anliegen, aber Pflege, Bereitstellung und Nachnutzung auch wegen des sehr heterogenen Toolings nicht gerade trivial sind. Wir haben uns quellennah mit dem PDF-Thesaurus (https://coilink.org/20.500.12592/22sjdv) unseres ehem Projektpartners #DZI (https://www.digis-berlin.de/projekte/archiv/projekte-20222023/#tab-tb_km53655-5) beschäftigt, die Daten zunächst manuell, dann per Skript in Turtle überführt und schließlich die Publikation per @skohub diskutiert.
