The European Left Alliance has just now launched an ECI: A European Citizen's Initiative to demand #JusticeForPalestine. It's similar to a petition, and legally binding if the goal of 1.000.000 signatures is reached. The EU has to act if we share this enough!

We demand a full suspension of the EU-Israel Association Agreement, which is the cornerstone of EU-Israel bilateral trade, economic, and political cooperation.

Repressie van activisten is niet alleen iets dat voor komt in verre landen!

Vandaag sta ik terecht voor een banale poging om op ludieke blokkade te protesteren tegen de luchthaven van Deurne. De actie werd ontruimd nog voor ze van start was gegaan door massaal politieoptreden.

Nu worden we vervolgd voor wat eigenlijk - volgens het Europees hof voor de rechten van de mens - binnen het recht op protest valt. Pure intimidatie om anderen te ontraden zich iets in hun hoofd te halen als ze het oneens zijn met onrechtvaardig (klimaat)beleid.

We gaan principieel voor de vrijspraak.

Today, the UK Supreme Court ruled that gender equality laws do not include trans women.

Here is why this ruling is nonsensical.

Before:
Can't trust Wikipedia, anyone can modify it.

Now:
Better check Wikipedia, they have actual humans verifying.

So... I left Evernote months ago when they hiked their pro plan subscription (like 163% !) It was bloated, and their *free* plan was crippled; that + the company had been struggling for years to find a CEO who could bring *some* kind of vision back to the app. It all flopped and they were sold to Bending Spoons.

Over the ensuing months, I was fortunate to find a replacement! An Open Source, fully encrypted, Evernote killer. And what a note taking app it has become.

A major release (v3.0) was launched officially today. 8 months of non-stop development and testing by a two-man Dev team has really brought this app center stage. These guys are hands-on with listening to user feedback on their NN Discord server; when they find time to sleep beats me (the plight of the developer).
